We’re looking for a bright, naturally outgoing Apprentice to assist with the general day to day running of a small, yet busy office where we can guarantee no two days are ever the same.  This will involve making and taking calls, contacting customers to resolve queries, booking appointments, providing feedback and other general tasks.

Previous customer service experience would be advantageous but is not essential.  However, it is vital that you have a passion for delivering an excellent standard of service.   If you’ve got the drive, the willingness to learn and the fire in your belly, we’ll give you the tools you need and do the rest.  During your apprenticeship, you will also have the opportunity to undertake a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner NVQ qualification. We only need two things from you, a driving licence and a bit of ‘oomph’.
