Role Overview: The Lettings Lister will be responsible for generating new lettings listings, conducting property appraisals, and securing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lettings, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a sound understanding of the local property market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new lettings listings through proactive marketing and networking.
• Conduct accurate and thorough property appraisals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Negotiate rental terms and agreements.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients.
• Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team targets.
Requirements:
• Ideally Minimum of 1 years of experience in a lettings role.
• Proven track record of success in generating and securing new lettings listings.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of the local property market.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using property management software and CRM systems.
• Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
