Key Responsibilities:
Registering applicants ensuring a high level of accuracy both face to face and through various media methods
Diary Management ensuring maximum efficiencies for the team
Marketing administration including preparation of marketing materials
Responsible for weekly Property Audits, ensuring complete and correct information
Key monitoring responsibilities
Booking Market Appraisals
Generating Market Appraisals
Cross Selling Services
Dealing with general enquiries
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in property lettings or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of local housing regulations and laws is beneficial.
• A customer-centric mindset and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
