Our Lettings team has a fantastic opportunity for a Lettings Negotiator to join them. This role is fast-paced and challenging and we can certainly guarantee variety as no two days are ever the same! As well as providing excellent customer service in managing both Landlord and Tenant enquiries, you will also be responsible for driving forward and generating new business opportunities. This will include proactively matching applicants to properties, arranging and providing feedback following viewings, re-negotiating rental and Landlord fees, EPC’s, floor plans, all duties associated with re-lets and preparing properties for re-marketing.
Our ideal candidate for this role will:
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Be able to negotiate effectively
- Have the ability to think on their feet
- Be forward-thinking and well organised
- Possess a ‘can do’ attitude and able to remain calm under pressure
- Previous experience is preferential
The working hours for this position are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm and alternative Saturdays, 9am to 4pm with a day off in lieu. In return, we offer a good basic salary, car allowance and commission.
