Full Time- Lettings Property Manager Wanted!
We are looking for a Lettings Property Manager to join our team and help manage our growing portfolio of properties. As a Lettings Property Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all properties under your management are compliant with all relevant regulations.
Manage a portfolio of properties.
Conduct property inspections ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard.
Negotiate renewal tenancy agreements with landlords & tenants including Rent Increases.
Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure maintenance issues are resolved promptly and to a high standard.
Ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met, including compliance with relevant health and safety and fire safety regulations.
Act as the primary point of contact for all tenants, dealing with enquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, including the Landlord and Tenant Act and Health and Safety regulations.
Experience in lettings management or property management.
Ability to manage a busy workload and work under pressure.
Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
